Our latest mural at the George Stone Criminal Justice Training Center is completed! Yesterday, local Artist Nicole Harris completed this work of art! The last photo, “Honoring Our Past.” Is the Officer shown, left in B&W, Freddie DeFranco? After all, Downtown was his Beat.
It wasn’t Freddy, but it looks like him? I asked Nicole to simply create an older officer with an expression on his face that shows he is proud to pass on the enforcement of the city to the younger officer, who shows pride in taking it. She did a good job!
